The family business Cosmorama Miniatura relocates for the 4th time, to America.
1973 An American entertainment park offered us a five-year lease for our family business. For all of us was employment in the States to relocate our miniature buildings.

1974 The family business, the Miniatura Cosmorama buildings, including business tools and inventory was relocated to the United States! All our 54 miniature buildings were pre-painted, so, for the next five lease years, they were free of maintenance for to set up in a miniature village outdoors at Great Adventure Amusement Park, Jackson, N.J.
> 1974 Arthur A.M. Thuijs with his eldest daughter Karenza. We all helped with this mega-move to the USA. Our 54 buildings and equipment were shipped in five sea containers.

< 1974 January: with full proxy father cared about the historical family business.
1974: father had a big responsibility as Consulting Art Director over a large team of workers of the American Great Adventure Park of Mr. Warner LeRoy, a grandson of the Hollywood studio Warner Brothers, Universal.
1974- # 28 January: for the 5-year lease contract in The States, we rented and furnished a bungalow in Jackson Town. Father sent letters and beautiful cards and pictures to the home base.

1974: father Arthur A.M. Thuijs bought a house and a beautiful white car.
